Jamy H. Meeks, Ed.S.
With a deep passion for student success and inclusion, Jamy brings 30 years of experience in public education to her work with schools, districts, and community partners. She spent 25 years as a special education teacher and 5 years as a coordinator, developing expertise across MTSS, PBIS, child find, and cross‑disciplinary support for related service providers. Her leadership roles have included lead teacher, PBIS coach, MTSS coordinator, child find coordinator, and district support for speech, occupational, and physical therapy teams. In 2017, her colleagues honored her as the school’s first Teacher of the Year.
Jamy’s consulting approach is grounded in relationships. She is known for building trust with students, families, educators, and leaders—creating the conditions for meaningful collaboration and sustainable change. As a mother of children with disabilities, she brings a dual perspective that strengthens her ability to bridge the gap between home and school. Her lived experience and professional expertise allow her to advocate with empathy, coach with clarity, and support systems in designing environments where every child can thrive.
Today, Jamy partners with education systems and community organizations to improve relational outcomes, strengthen inclusive practices, and build capacity through coaching, training, and strategic support. Her work reflects a commitment to helping schools grow in ways that honor students, empower families, and elevate the educators who serve them.
